Important Policies
Payment
We require full payment when a reservation is booked. We take MaserCard, Visa or American Express. You can overnight a check to us, but it must be received within three days of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel this reservation, a 60-day notice must be given to refund your payment (less a $50 processing fee). If less than 60-day notice is given, there will be no refund of deposit unless the home is re-rented. Cancellation policy applies to last minute booking as well. Sorry, No Exceptions. *No refunds will be given for early departure.
