Policies

Standard Rates
Main House: $500 per night  for up to 8 people. Each additional person beyond 8 and up to a maximum of 14 is $45 per night.
Cleaning Fee is $175. Deposit is $1500.

Casita: $94 per night for up to 2 people. $45 per night for a third person


Weekly Rates  (7 night rental)
15% discount

Events: 
We host meetings, large groups , small weddings and gatherings. 
Please call or email us to discuss your specific event needs. 
$500 event cleaning fee, $5,000 deposit. Full buyout of property required. 3 night minimum.

Daily Maid Service
There is no daily maid service.

Check In - Check Out
Check in time is 4:00 pm 
Check out time is 11:00 am 

Parking
Parking is not usually an issue. There are typically open spaces 
available right in front of El Sueno.

House Rules

• There  is no smoking allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• Children are welcome
• Please provide accurate number of guests when booking
