Located 3 miles East of Marfa, Texas on US Highway 67/90,
the vineyard and winery are surrounded by awe-inspiring
desert mountain ranges. Our West Texas sunsets over the
mountains are spectacular, and Luz de Estrella is perfectly
positioned to take full advantage of them. The famous
and mysterious Marfa Mystery Lights are located literally
in our backyard, and are often visible from the winery
and vineyard. Registered Texas Longhorns roam the property,
and mingle with wild antelope herds. Our winery consists
of a full service tasting room with food pairings available,
a wine bar (with our fine wines and sangria), and full
service gift shop. We are capable of currently hosting
small conferences, events, and weddings in the winery,
gift shop and bar, and on our patio adjacent to the winery
and vineyard. Membership is available in our wine club,
Armstrong Cellars, which entitles members to special discounts
for wine, wine accessories, food, books, and gift items,
as well as logo apparel and monthly wine deliveries so
that members are the first to obtain our new vintages
(at discount prices!). Live entertainment and events are
often held, so constantly check our website for schedules
and event information. Marfa Mystery Light viewing parties
are held on Fridays (weather permitting) on our viewing
deck on top of the Marfa plateau. |
